Football Programme
Kids aged 6–14 can participate in football training twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 17:00 to 18:00, with sessions tailored for the 6–10 and 11–14 age groups. The programme emphasizes technique, teamwork, and match awareness, fostering both skill and enjoyment of the game.
Basketball Programme
Young basketball enthusiasts can join our sessions on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10:00 to 12:00, with different groups training consecutively. The programme focuses on improving dribbling, shooting, teamwork, and overall game understanding in a fun, dynamic setting.
Swimming Programme
Children can enjoy swimming after school on Wednesday from 16:30 to 17:30 or Friday from 16:00 to 17:00, while weekend sessions on Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00 in two consecutive hours. Our programme helps kids develop water skills, confidence, and fitness in a safe and fun environment.
Gymnastics Programme
Gymnastics sessions are designed for children aged 3–7. Younger kids aged 3–4 train on Wednesday and Friday from 16:00 to 17:00, while 5–7-year-olds have sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 16:00 to 17:00. Kids develop flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength through playful exercises, while having fun and gaining confidence.
Volleyball Programme
Children aged 6–13 can enjoy volleyball training on weekends, with younger kids starting at 14:00, mid-age groups at 15:00, and the oldest group at 16:00. The programme develops skills, teamwork, and game sense, while giving talented players the chance to compete officially.
